Partner

Activate partners.
Coordinate growth.

Glinsen Partner is our platform for building and managing partner networks. It brings solution providers, resellers and white-label partners together, from onboarding to joint market development.

Area: Skyclar Partnership

Capabilities

Turn individual partners into a coordinated business.

A growing partner network needs more than contact lists. Glinsen Partner provides a shared framework for solution owners and sales partners, with Skyclar supporting the model and its operation.

Onboard partners

Bring partner profiles, roles and responsibilities together. Structured onboarding establishes the basis for collaboration.

Reseller and white label

Support different routes to market: selling your brand or offering a solution under the partner’s brand. Clarify the model, support and customer responsibilities.

Develop markets together

Coordinate activation, sales support and next steps, keeping information in the context of each partnership.

Grow the network

Maintain a view of collaboration and identify opportunities to expand. Bring new regions and partner types into an agreed operating model.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT

Is this right
for your project?

What do you need to achieve, what is already in place and what output does your team need? These questions define a useful starting point.

Organise collaboration centrally

Glinsen Partner supports businesses managing reseller or white-label collaboration. A shared place for partners and agreed workflows helps avoid information being scattered across inboxes and lists. Before setup, we clarify partner roles, which opportunities should be visible and how participants work with your internal team. The platform reflects the chosen business model. It does not replace the prior decision about who sells, who implements and which services a partner is authorised to offer to customers under the agreed commercial arrangement.

Base access on roles

Partners do not all need the same information. Sales, technical delivery and support involve different jobs. Together we define the data and workflow steps relevant to each role and the coordination that still takes place outside the platform. This includes new partners and existing relationships. Onboarding material and agreed contact routes should make starting easier. Specific features, permissions and connections to other systems are checked before setup. The arrangement does not imply a universal login that automatically grants access to every product in the Glinsen family.

Launch a focused network clearly

A manageable group working with a shared offer is a useful starting point. Actual opportunities reveal missing information, stalled handovers and steps that can be standardised. We agree what active collaboration looks like, such as completed onboarding, enquiries being handled or opportunities progressing. The number of registered partners alone says little about business activity. Learning from the pilot can then inform expansion to further partners and targeted improvements before complexity increases. This keeps the platform aligned with how the network actually works.

The next step

Our first conversation establishes the scope of your project. You do not need a finished specification. A short description of the task, a preferred timeframe and the question currently holding you back are useful starting points. We can then decide whether an assessment, workshop, specific enquiry or pilot is appropriate. A proposal sets out the agreed scope, the input required from your team and the next steps. Decisions about extending the work are based on what we learn, keeping the initial engagement focused and understandable.

Good to know

The right questions.
A clear starting point.

Is the platform only for Glinsen products?

Our partnership service also supports companies with their own products and software. We define how to build and centrally coordinate their network.

Does the service include partner recruitment?

It can be part of the project. Skyclar can support strategy, search, outreach, activation and ongoing network development.

Can different partner roles be represented?

Sales, setup and support may need different information and access. We define roles around your model and establish which permissions and workflows can be configured on the platform.

Can existing partners be included?

Existing relationships can be included in planning. Before setup, we review data, roles and current opportunities, establishing what can be brought across and which information needs to be completed first.

What determines the cost?

Costs depend on the agreed assessment and setup, services or modules, interfaces and ongoing support. After clarifying your needs, we provide a proposal covering the specific scope and commercial terms.

How soon can we start?

Timing depends on scope, available information and required approvals. The first conversation defines a practical starting point. We then align preparation, the schedule and the input needed from your team.
