Skyclar Solar

Your solar project.
A direct route to procurement.

We connect your module requirements with suitable manufacturers and supply partners. Together we clarify specifications, quantities, availability and logistics. In parallel, we are developing Glinsen Solar into a central platform for project enquiries and procurement.

Capabilities

Procurement starts with the project.

A module offer only fits when it meets your project’s specifications, quantities and schedule. We bring demand, manufacturers and supply partners together.

Define requirements

Capture module type, power, dimensions, quantities, project location and delivery windows. Identify special requirements and supporting documents early.

Manufacturers and offers

Request suitable manufacturer and supply options, considering technical fit, quantities, availability and commercial terms together.

Compare and select

Compare offers on a consistent basis, clarifying product data, warranty terms, scope of supply and agreed commercial conditions.

Logistics and documentation

Coordinate delivery location, transport, partial shipments and contacts. Bring product documents and order information together for delivery.

IN PRACTICE

Putting the solution
into practice.

A relevant use case for Skyclar Solar.

Skyclar SolarAnonymised project

Commercial solar project · Procurement

Source solar modules that fit the project.

The challenge
A solar project needed modules meeting specific technical requirements and delivery needs. Product alternatives had to be made comparable.
The approach
Specifications and required evidence were checked against manufacturer and supply options. Offers and alternatives were compared to support the project decision.
The outcome
A structured comparison of suitable sourcing options as a basis for further quotation and delivery discussions.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT

Is this right
for your project?

What do you need to achieve, what is already in place and what output does your team need? These questions define a useful starting point.

A dedicated project procurement service

Skyclar Solar is a dedicated procurement service within Skyclar. It supports businesses, installers and project teams with a specific requirement for solar modules. Its connection to the other areas is the method: clarify requirements, select suitable partners and coordinate delivery. System design, installation and acceptance belong with the relevant qualified providers. Procurement support complements those services by connecting the requirement with suitable manufacturers and supply options. It does not replace the technical work needed to plan and deliver an installation correctly.

What a useful quotation needs

Please provide the required power and format, quantity, project location and earliest and latest delivery dates. For projects already designed, data sheets and approved alternatives are useful. Specific requirements, such as appearance or supporting evidence, should be identified before suppliers are approached. Comparison involves more than unit prices: scope of supply, transport, payment terms and quotation validity also matter. Whether direct manufacturer supply is possible depends on the product, volume and route, and is assessed for the individual enquiry rather than promised in advance.

Personal support today, a platform in development

You can already discuss a project requirement with us directly. Together we clarify the need, available quotations and unresolved questions. Glinsen Solar is being developed to connect these steps digitally; a public shop with confirmed stock levels is not currently the basis of the service. Availability and delivery dates are confirmed in the specific offer. The future platform workflow must also make clear who the contracting parties are and which delivery and claims terms apply. Those details need to be understood before an order is placed.

The next step

Our first conversation establishes the scope of your project. You do not need a finished specification. A short description of the task, a preferred timeframe and the question currently holding you back are useful starting points. We can then decide whether an assessment, workshop, specific enquiry or pilot is appropriate. A proposal sets out the agreed scope, the input required from your team and the next steps. Decisions about extending the work are based on what we learn, keeping the initial engagement focused and understandable.

Good to know

The right questions.
A clear starting point.

Can we source directly from manufacturers?

We assess suitable manufacturer and supply routes. Direct manufacturer purchasing depends on factors including product, quantity, market and agreed terms.

Is Glinsen Solar already publicly available?

The platform is being developed. Project enquiries, offer coordination and procurement support are currently handled personally through Skyclar Solar.

What information is needed for an enquiry?

Useful inputs include module type or data sheet, power, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and preferred delivery window. Include special technical requirements and whether alternatives are acceptable. We clarify missing information with you.

Are availability and prices binding?

The specific offer and order determine binding terms. Product, quantity, supply route and timing affect commercial conditions. This website does not display binding stock levels or daily prices.

What determines the cost?

Product, quantity, supply route and timing determine the quotation. Transport, payment terms and any agreed procurement support are specified in the offer. We compare the total costs relevant to your project.

How soon can we start?

Timing depends on scope, available information and required approvals. The first conversation defines a practical starting point. We then align preparation, the schedule and the input needed from your team.
